Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A Please use one heaped tablespoon in the pouch provided - 10-12 grams.
  2. A Hello, Thank you for your question. Both approaches can be used. The potli / cloth pouch helps as it helps control dosage and spreads the product evenly. It also collects the residue of the product after wash (as it does not dissolve). You can then compost this residue. If you use the powder directly, the residue cannot be collected. Also, if you overload the machine, the powder sometimes will not disperse evenly. Sometimes the residue will also stick to clothing - there is no harm done here, you simply have to vigorously shake the clothes or hand remove the residue. Generally when one washes linen like bedsheets, dark coloured clothing, jeans etc which are heavy duty clothing and have a longer wash cycle, you can use the powder directly. Otherwise we suggest using the cloth pouch for ease of use.
  3. A Yes, this product has been formulated for both Front & Top-Load washing machines .

I have been using the washing detergent for some years now. I find the product cleans well. Most importantly, it is environment friendly. It is safe on washing machines – whereas the earlier chemical detergents tended to corrode my machine. I have no hesitation in recommending Krya detergent to anyone who wants an effective and environment friendly product.
