Before we dispatch your order
If for any reason, you want to cancel your order before we dispatch it, please send us an email with your order number to email@example.com & we will refund the amount paid by you after deducting the bank payment processing fees incurred by us.The refunded amount will usually be credited to your account within 3 - 7 working days depending upon the bank.

In this case you have two options – Replacement or Refund.
B. Krya Delivery Policy
The quick summary: We deliver our products free anywhere within India.
The detailed policy follows.
We give free delivery within India on all orders with a value of Rupees 450.00 and above. For orders below Rs 450.00 in value, we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 50.00 within India
Delivery locations ( For orders within India)
We use leading courier companies for all the pincodes where their service is available. For other difficult to reach pincodes we will use the Indian postal service.
All orders received before end of business ( 5 pm ) on working days will be dispatched to the courier partner on the same day. Orders received after end of business will be processed the next working day. For orders received on Sundays and other national holidays, the order will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
For all pincodes serviced by our courier partner, we estimate the following delivery times from the time the product is received by our courier partner.
Chennai – 24 working hours
Other metros – 48 - 72 working hours
Other towns – 72 – 96 working hours
For the areas where we have to use the Indian Postal Service expected delivery time is 5 -10 days.
Tracking your order
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This will contain a link to the shipment tracking utility on the courier company’s website which will give you the order tracking status.
Non- availability of the consumer
Our courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order at your shipping address. If after three attempts they find that you were not available to take delivery, the product is returned to our warehouse. After that our customer service team will get in touch with to find the next available date to ensure that you receive the order.
